The Church Fathers and Aquinas on Christ’s Human Knowledge | Fr. Dominic Legge, O.P. – YouTube

Aquinas’ arguments for Christ’s perfect human supernatural knowledge are set within three larger claims, or three larger overarching perspectives. First, that Christ is the Savior of the world by way of knowledge, that is, as the supreme Revealer of God; second, that Christ is the Word incarnate full of grace and truth who receives the Holy Spirit in full as man; third, that as an instrument of his divinity, Christ’s human nature is perfectly adapted for his saving mission precisely insofar as the humanity of Christ is a rational creature.” —Fr.
