Remember we know that there is pure divine femininity within the Trinity because God the Father said let’s make man in “our” image meaning the Trinity. We know this because angels can’t make men.
Since God made them male and female and we already know who the 2 Masculine divine persons are but the mystery was if the Holy Spirit is feminine then why is Holy Spirit referred to as “He” in some scripture and other parts of the scripture it refers directly to divine femininity of the Holy Spirit birthing the Church and rebirthing man. The simple answer is “He” is referring to the Masculine position and birth rebirthing and “proceeds from” are all feminine divine virtues.
When St Lucia was shown the Trinity and the Special relationship the Holy Spirit had with the BVM She understood they were one in unity of divine femininity yet Masculine by position of Authority just like a Spouse/Mother has a masculine position of authority within the Family unite but retains all femininity, “proceeding” from the Father as Spouse and “proceeding” from conception as Mother of the offspring nurturing and birthing Child the Child.
Please Father, Don’t expect me to say the things you want to hear or have heard before, I’m Fatima’s Peter the Roman and until both sides of Nevo and Traditionalist find some true humility the Church will stay separated.

As Fr Ripperger explained the Church’s official teaching on the Holy Spirit being 1 with the BVV is in the Video posted bellow start at 16min 00 sec.
The Church’s teachings is clear. When the Holy Spirit overshadowed the Blessed Virgin Mary the Two became 1 in communion. The confusion is this communion of 2 becoming 1 was not by opposition of sexual genders or in opposition of sexual gender virtues on a spiritual level. Their unity was by communion of divine femininity of the Holy Spirit meshing With divine femininity in the Flesh as 1. When this unity happened the divinity of the Holy Spirit was seen( “I magnify the soul of the Lord, meaning make seen what is not seen) in the Flesh of the now Divine Virgin Mary. The Spirit INCARNATE.
This communion of the 2 becoming 1 was Will by God the Father as was made possible by divine femininity in humility of the eternal Holy Spirit with Divine Humility of the flesh that was established at Our Lady’s immaculate Conception. Both as one. Share in Masculine position of Authority.(This masculine position of authority is specifically why some scripture references the Holy Spirit with the masculine pronoun “He” yet defines the Holy Spirit as divine femininity by uniting with the BVM to birth Christ, Birth the Church as well as rebirth man in Salvation.”
The unity of the Holy Spirit and Blessed Virgin Mary as one was willed by God. And as sacred scripture states what God has United as 1 let no man Separate. Therefore to call on the intercession of the Immaculate Conception is to insure one calls on the Holy Spirit that unites in universal truth(Catholic) and not the Jezzabel Spirit that divides in deception. This is the reason for so many Protestants faiths.
Their unity as 1 is the reason Jesus Christ are Lord and Savior was “Begotten” eternal in the flesh as well as He is in Spirit and NOT made as to fufilled John 3:16. In other words Christ only begotten Son was birthed to us solely by the infinite unity(Sanctification) of the BVM by the Holy Spirit. JESUS CHRIST WAS BIRTHED PHYSICALLY BY THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY (1 with Holy Spirit) SO ALL MAN CAN BE REBIRTH BY HER IN A SPIRIT OF HUMILITY which is the HOLY SPIRIT.
If the Protestant can accept Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior both in flesh and Spirit as coming from the Blessed Virgin Mary then certainly they can easily accept the Holy Spirit coming from Her as well to dispense graces that rebirths mankind in salvation of Her Sons teachings and sacraments.
Jesus Christ was birthed physically of the Blessed Virgin Mary who is 1 with the Holy Spirit so all men can spiritually be rebirthed of Her in the Spirit of humility thus being in Image of Christ….. The Mother Church is the true Church of Christ is all Her Holy Sacraments, teachings and devotions.
