What is the “Tre Ore”? It is the traditional “Three Hours of Agony” devotion held on Good Friday, usually between the hours of 12 Noon and 3 pm or 6pm-9pm. The devotion is a reflection on the seven last words spoken by Christ on the Cross as He prepared for death (traditionally, 3 pm is the time of His death). The Tre Ore is a series of homilies, hymns and Scripture readings.
The Littlest Sons of the Sweetest Heart of The Most Blessed Virgin Mary are a traditional Catholic male religious order that traces its roots to the spirituality and charism of Saint Stanislaus of Jesus and Mary Papczyński, founder of the Marians of the Immaculate Conception.
