Old Roman Forum launched!

TheOldRoman.com in the furtherance of its objective to provide information and a safe-haven for Traditional Catholics is delighted to announce the launch of an online Forum!

There are of course many such places on the internet for Traditional Catholics to vent their frustrations and air their grievances, but more often than not they become places where people air dirty laundry, malign and defame the character and reputation of others and generally derogate the cause of Traditional Catholicism through petty bickering and uncharitableness. The Old Roman Forum will be different.

The crisis in the Church is such that Traditional Catholics cannot afford any longer to besmirch and derogate each other’s efforts in what is their common cause, making known and preserving forever the Truth of Jesus Christ as enshrined in the perennial magisterium, customs and liturgical praxis of the Catholic Faith. It will be the aim of the moderators of the Forum to facilitate an atmosphere of fellowship and common cause – fair criticism shared in a spirit of discernment.

Any and all Traditional Catholics spanning the entire spectrum of the Traditional Catholic sphere, are welcome to membership and to join in and participate in the respectful discussions. Anyone prepared in a spirit of charity to discern and learn about the Tradition of our Catholic Faith are welcome to pose questions, share thoughts and opinions and contribute to the maintenance and furtherance of true Catholic religion. Seasoned and experienced Traditional Catholics are welcome to share their wisdom and insight.

The Forum is free to join and requires a very simple sign up. There are options however to make something of your own profile, presence and contribution on the website!
