Not long after, another person rang him asking for the same guidance. “I understood that it is not a rare situation,” the doctor based in St. Petersburg, in northwestern Russia, told CNA. “We have more than 500,000 chemical abortions annually in Russia and they are very affordable and easily available everywhere,” Fokin said in an interview via email.
