The joint committee of the Conference of European Churches and the Council of European Bishops’ Conference gathered in Belgium to analyze the situation of the faithful across the continent in this complicated time because of the war. Doctor Valerie Duval-Poujol, governing board member of the Conference of European Churches, joins to tell us more about this meeting and what was on the agenda. Dr. Valerie shares more about the committee and some of the work it does. She explains what the situation is for the Church in Europe. In a recent interview, she referred to it as a great period of crisis. Dr. Valerie discusses what she meant by that.
